When it gets cold a lot of people abandon bright colors for darker more muted ones. But not her! This skirt caught my eye from a distance and really stood out in a sea of black jackets and jeans. She definitely knows her palette and she has carried it through her whole look. Who says that you can’t be warm and colorful?!
